Nana Nofl (Najat Nofl) is an ambitious young businesswoman, Egyptian. I live in Saudi Arabia. I work in the field of digital marketing. I have more than 6 years of experience in digital marketing, design, and programming in the largest creative marketing companies in Saudi Arabia. I am very passionate about my work. I am always a sophisticated person, I live with a family of genius, my teacher and my leader. He is my father and my family is the source of my constant inspiration and success. I currently have a black or white creative agency in Saudi Arabia and America, and I am currently opening Dr. Charisma after my years in business management and marketing with a group of doctors in Saudi Arabia.
Dr. Charisma is the first company in the Middle East to specialize in digital marketing for doctors and Medical, cosmetic, clinics, and hospitals the company is currently in Saudi Arabia, Egypt, and Dubai, I aspire to have a unique group of companies with a creative work team.
Tell us how you created this brand and what was the sole idea behind it.
After my long experience working as a business manager for many of the elite doctors in Saudi Arabia, and after a great feasibility study, I am working now to open the first company in the Middle East specialized in digital marketing services for doctors, clinics, hospitals and managing doctors’ business. The company will have branches in Saudi Arabia, Dubai, and Egypt, and the company will be in the name of Dr. Charisma

I currently have two companies, a black or white company, which is a company specializing in digital marketing and creative ideas, and it works great in this field because the demand for digital marketing services in our current era is in great demand and needs specialized and distinguished companies. Media and digital and creative marketing for doctors, clinics and hospitals with a specialized team for this sector and the idea of the company is due to the need of the medical and cosmetic sector to marketing in a very large and different and distinctive form and all this is available in Dr. Charisma.

Explain the challenges you went through while you were working on brand creation. What are the challenges you go through on an everyday basis?
In my career, I faced many challenges and difficulties frequently, such as confronting a frustrated business partner and a failed business partner and stealing ideas, and financial loss in the beginnings is frustrating, and I always face difficulties in time and difficulties in facing failure in my ideas and projects, but always correct planning is a big part of the solution and The environment around you should be helpful and supportive.
What is the reason for your success?
Facing failure and challenges and not giving up are among the reasons for my success, but the first reason for my success is my family that fully supports me and my ideas, and the early start is always part of success. I work from my childhood because of my great passion for work and development

What message would you like to give to anybody who has a plan of creating something of their own and making a living through it?
I want to tell the whole world that standing without risk does not make you move at all and that giving up from the first failure is a failure. You must start now, before tomorrow, you must keep up with the current development in the world. You must start even if you do not know-how.
