Daniel Kelly is a men’s health coach that specializes in elite performance through nutrition, hormone optimization, and lifestyle change. He has coached hundreds of men to optimize their health, written multiple best-selling books, has even been featured on the pages of national newspapers such as The Guardian, The Sun, and the Staffordshire Sentinel.
He originally worked in investment banking but then shifted to becoming a men’s health coach and mentor after he experiencing low testosterone levels which he solved by undergoing testosterone replacement therapy (TRT).
Now, Daniel is teaching men how to optimize their health so they won’t have to rely on medicine when it comes to becoming a better version of themselves.
Taking A Holistic Approach
Out of the thousands of men’s health coaches in the business, the thing that sets Daniel apart from them is his holistic approach to wellness.
“I believe my approach to health and fitness is pretty unique within the space. A lot of coaches take a myopic approach to health, which focuses purely on the training aspect of health. That means you gotta hit your numbers in the gym and make sure you eat enough protein,” he said.
But in his experience, hitting the gym was not enough. He saw the need to focus on the other aspects of health such as hormone optimization, sleep quality, stress management, as well as one’s spiritual and emotional well-being.
“As far as I’m concerned, these things all go hand in hand. If you want to be a healthy, fulfilled, energetic individual, then you gotta take care of them all. These elements are what I specialize in,” Daniel said.
Keeping His Brand Focused On its Goal
Through his brand, Daniel teaches his clients to look after their lives from a higher perspective so they can look at the bigger picture and be able to determine which piece goes where in their lives. By the end of their time together, his clients would have created their own blueprint for living a health-centered lifestyle as a habit.
Despite his success and his impact on others’ lives, Daniel wants to keep his business focused on its goal of helping men achieve an optimized, healthy lifestyle.
“I have no plans to grow my business into a mega-corporation. That would compromise the values I have to live a low-key existence. Instead, I want to continue to refine my own skills and abilities as both a coach and entrepreneur, while devoting more time to my passions of writing and learning languages,” he said.
