Tell us about who you are and what you do.
My name is Tasmia Zia . I belong to Pakistan but residing in Canada after spending and exploring Dubai UAE for ten years.
I’m a social influencer who loves to empower women to their achievements and great eminence. I’m also the founder of the YouTube channel “The Valued Voices” which encourages women to take the leap and reach their full potential.
Reading is my favorite! I love blogging about books and reviewing them. My much-appreciated book reviews are about the book ” Secret” by Rhonda Byrne and ” Suicide Kills” by Klaude Walters and some more.
Of course, I have some idle hours watching quality movies, book reading, or playing golf.
Tell us how you created this brand and what was the sole idea behind it.
If there’s one thing I have learned my whole life, it’s the power of “using Your Voice”. I believe that every voice has a distinctive but equivalent value. With this inspirational thought, I created a forum for women and entitled it, “The Valued Voices”. The Valued Voices is about providing women a platform to exhibit their success and experiences. The thought behind the creation of The Valued Voices is to empowering women through feature interviews, success stories, and discussions. By using this broad ambit, they receive immense praise for themselves and on contrary, they contribute their big role for the schooling of homemakers, stay-at-home moms, and start-up influencers or entrepreneurs as well.
My vision was behind creating this forum that as a woman many times our own lives, our businesses, our values get lost. And it’s time when we just start standing up for that because we can do much more when we are empowered when we are abundant in various ways including wealth. There’s a way when women just lift the whole community. And so, this is something very dear to my heart, is to help women find their voice, to find their feet, and to decide to stand up for themselves.

We do interviews of women entrepreneurs, lawyers, social influencers, and any woman who has something to share with our audience. Our guests reveal some of their best chunks of advice to educate other women through their knowledge and experiences, also contribute some tips & tactics for balancing time between work and family so that our listeners can spend their lives in better ways. We enjoy helping others to grow, expand their horizons, and seeing their potentials. Also, this is a wonderful time, as there have never been more opportunities for creative and determined people to achieve more of their goals than they can today. So live heigh with positive vibes.
What is your giveaway idea through this interview?
Our mission for The Valued Voices is to appreciate the efforts and sacrifices of working women, working moms, and women who took challenging decisions to acquire their milestones for their life goals. We regard their unstoppable and challenging efforts. We aim to create a community that helps women see their strengths, develop self-confidence, and become well-rounded independent, and shining leaders. Here on The Valued Voices forum women can showcase their expertise and know that their words are conveying someone else the hope, knowledge, and motivation they need. It’s about making difference in the lives of as many women as we can.
Explain the challenges you went through while you were working on brand creation. What are the challenges you go through on an everyday basis?
Despite all positivity, building your brand has its difficulties, sometimes these challenges seem bigger than they really are and sometimes they keep us from fully pursuing an idea. Though wearing all hats can be daunting but we must do it for our ambitions, it was complexed to do all in one like content writing, clients pursuing, marketing, etc. These were challenging and diligent stint indeed.
Work & family balancing was another challenge I had faced but I overcome that after evaluating my priorities of the important and urgent tasks list. I beat my procrastination with my determination and will power.
How do you manage your finances through the services you offer. Any fundings etc received?
Financing was another big challenge I had to confront, My brand was like starting with scratch but still, I was needed some investment for branding and advertisement, so I did it through my savings. This is a complementary forum; We don’t charge our clients. So, it’s self-funded if we need it sometimes.
Tell us your future vision about the brand. How far do you want to take it? What is your dream about taking it to the next level?
It is important to have the ability to think about and plan for the future with imagination and wisdom by developing the faculty of vision within us. My goal is to make my channel more influential and visible especially for start-up and shining leaders to give them a pleasant proportion for the growth of their brands and entrepreneurial skills.
Our attitude and level of enthusiasm is a true indicator of our age. It means that the future is a much bigger part of our lives than in the past.so I’m visualizing the big picture of my channel.
What message would you like to give to anybody who has a plan of creating something of their own and making a living through it?
My simple words for start-up leaders or entrepreneurs are that every inspiration needs action, and your “I can” is more important than your” IQ”. Getting inspired is awesome but getting things done is more awesome so while inspiring with some quote, book, work, or a person, try to be acted upon that inspiring and amazing characteristics.
