Her story of personal transformation is truly remarkable. In 2019 Adrian’s life could be described as anxious, depressed, with little to no understanding of her purpose in life where she was suffering from chronic illness, unhappy in her romantic relationship, lacking community, and struggling financially. By 2020 she had done a complete 180!

She created the life of her dreams with the help of boundary work and alternative healing modalities such as plant medicine. Tell us about who you are and what you do. 

I like to consider myself a Spiritual Love & Relationship Coach. As the Founder & CEO of Relax into Love Coaching, I support ambitious, high-achieving women to deepen their self-love, self-confidence, and feminine energy so that they can attract, and keep a deeply fulfilling relationship with their ideal man. 

Tell us how you created this brand and what was the sole idea behind it. 

With the rise of women’s empowerment, the “MeToo” movement, and #BossBabes stepping forth, we are entering into an entirely new realm of what it means to be a ‘Modern Woman’. And it is causing a major backlash in relationships. 

As women step into our power, I’m noticing that it’s coming at the expense of our men and healthy relationship dynamics. We have become so intent on proving ourselves to men, that we’ve adopted a mentality that we don’t need men anymore… that men are toxic, too much, and that we’re better to do it all ourselves. In trying so hard to prove ourselves to men, we’ve closed off our hearts to the beautiful hearts that men want to give to us. They look at us as women but don’t recognize us as such in our energy. We have to swing the scales back away from extreme feminism – while still not going back to the “1950’s housewife role”, and truly REDEFINE what it means to be a modern-day woman… And that’s what I’m here to teach my fellow sisters. 

But I wasn’t perfect either! For a long time, I struggled as a high powered, successful woman to be able to understand how to deeply connect to men – and get them to stick around. I found myself in this dating pattern that I now jokingly call the “Hook & Fizzle”… where I would lure men in with this air of being independent, confidence, and fun but then a few months into dating me, something would switch and I’d realize “oh crap, I think I like this guy”… and then I’d turn into “THE CRAZY GIRL”. The one that was anxiously overthinking every comment, text, and action – thinking if I didn’t do it all perfectly, I was going to mess up the budding relationship and lose the guy.

What I didn’t realize was that it was in this energy of me being in my over masculine energy that was the issue – not the worrying about what I might have said. And this pattern went on for over 8 years. We would date for a few weeks or months, and then it would just fizzle out… or I’d get dumped. And it was extremely painful. 

I finally realized I needed to get some support in figuring out what was happening – and I ended up loving the work so much that I became trained as a relationship coach and ended up completely 180’ing my love life, attracting the love of my life, and becoming engaged. It’s now been 7 years and we’re still so happily in love. And ever since that moment – it’s been so easy…. Which is why I knew I needed to start this business. To help other women (who are just like I was) learn what it takes to “Relax into Love”. I’ve now been coaching women for over 5 years, I have hundreds of clients that I have supported all over the world, AND I’ve built my whole business out of my laptop while my fiance and I have been on our world travels trip as digital nomadic entrepreneurs for the last 2.5 years. It truly feels like a dream come true. I am so incredibly grateful.

In my coaching practice, my main focus is 2 – fold: 

1) Support women in deeply, radically loving themself through powerful spiritual soul-cleansing work & 

2) Teaching women the fundamental principles of what I have coined “Relationship Energetics”. This goes much deeper than what other dating and relationship coaches teach about how to date and become attractive to men. This shares 

the inner workings of how to blend masculine and feminine energy dynamics into a practice that feels intuitively guided and comes easily from the heart – so that women are not left second-guessing their thoughts & actions. 

Both programs are incredibly powerful, and I feel so rewarded to help hold space for women to go through these coaching containers and completely rebirth their spirits – and transform their relationships… with everyone!

Explain the challenges you went through while you were working on brand creation. What are the challenges you go through on an everyday basis? 

For me, creating the brand came very naturally – I truly feel that through my own dating experiences, certification, and divine guidance, this has been such a natural unfolding. I love the concept of teaching women how to “Relax into Love” and it resonates with most ambitious women that I speak with – because it does convey the essence of what we all secretly want, but never feel is possible. And that’s what I’m here to say IS possible. As one of my past clients (who is now happily married) said after working with me: “The biggest thing I realized is that you really “don’t have to go get the love. You can lean back and watch the ring naturally follow if you apply the tools and strategies that Teal is able to give you”. And it’s true – and I’ve helped many women have the same realization, and that makes me so happy. 

That said – building a business comes with challenges – The first one being: 

1. Quitting my corporate job with limited savings 

2. Immediately selling everything I owned and hopping on a plane with a one-way ticket to travel the world, and just trusting I’d find a way to keep earning money through this business, and 

3. Moving through all the familiar feelings at the beginning of feeling like an imposter, trying to find my voice, learning who I could help…etc. 

But I think these things I listed are all very natural parts of every entrepreneur’s journey – I just made it extra hard by doing it while traveling indefinitely and consistently being in foreign places. 

Having reliable internet was a HUGE challenge. I remember being on the Amalfi coast – trying to run a live training – and I had about 50 women on life, eating up every word from an amazing story I was sharing, and then right in the middle of it – the power went out – and I lost it ALL. No connection, all the women were wondering “what happened?” and I felt HORRIBLE. There was nothing I could do at that moment but email back every single woman to apologize and reschedule. Haha, it was not my best moment – but it taught me resiliency and tenacity to follow through and pick yourself up anyway… And I appreciate those challenging moments now. 

On a regular basis, I would say the biggest challenge I have is delegating! I’m a one-woman team right now which I love, but I also recognize that this means I am limited in how much I can coach because I am also wearing so many other hats!

My biggest goal for this year is to bring on a team so I can stay in my genius zone of coaching & big picture CEO visioning. 

How do you manage your finances through the services you offer. Any fundings etc received? 

I’m proud to say I’ve never received any support or funding from anyone. I’ve built this company from the ground up and been profitable since the first month in business. I track every expenditure very thoroughly through a basic excel spreadsheet and make sure that I am being very diligent about reviewing my finances on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. As for my services, I have a variety of ways to work with me, as I recognize not everyone can afford high end 1:1 coaching, so I also offer group coaching programs, my online course, and monthly membership. Having a variety of offerings has allowed me to give the RIGHT support to each woman who comes to me – based on where she’s at. The last thing I want to do is put someone into a program that isn’t a good fit. I take pride in having a 100% client satisfaction rate, and that means that I know I’m doing a great job, and my clients are getting great results. 

Tell us your future vision about the brand. How far do you want to take it? What is your dream about taking it to the next level? 

Relax into Love has grown dramatically over the last few years, but yet I still feel like I am just in the beginning phases of expansion. I am excited to be growing my membership offering which I call “The Ladies’ Love Lounge” – and I also see myself doing live speaking events and retreats. 

I also feel deeply called to philanthropic work, so each quarter I dedicate a % of my profits to a charity of choice. This makes me feel truly fulfilled – not only am I getting paid to help women open their hearts to more love, but I’m also able to channel this wealth through their hearts and into the hearts of those in need. It is truly a WIN-WIN-WIN situation. 😉 

My dream would be to continue to grow this business to be recognized on a world stage – specifically for the impactful spiritual soul-cleansing work and the philanthropic charity work. I see a world where women naturally come back into harmony with the powerful divine feminine beings that they are, while also empowering our MEN to step forward and feel SAFE to be the beautiful masculine men that they are as well. We need to be the beacons of light and love to rebalance this current world of fear, pain, and hate that has been leading for far too long. It’s time to come home to the truest essence of ourselves – and radiate out that love to our men, our children, and our planet. 

That is my vision. And that’s where I’ll be taking this beautiful brand. 

What message would you like to give to anybody who has a plan of creating something of their own and making a living through it? 

To anyone starting that has a vision for creating a business but is unsure of how to start, I would say: 

1) Listen to your gut instinct! If you have a passion, it’s there for a reason! 

And 

 2) Your mess is often your message. It wasn’t until I realized how much I had learned on my journey, that it clicked for me that I could create a business helping other women to avoid the common pitfalls and mistakes that I made. 

Starting this business was the best decision I’ve ever made. It was the SCARIEST thing I’ve ever done – but also the most rewarding. It’s always the things that push us the FARTHEST outside our comfort zone that often end up giving us the biggest pot of gold at the end. So I know it may seem daunting, challenging, or downright impossible… but just take the first step. Because there is NO downside. You can always go back to that boring safe job you had… but you would always be left wondering… what if…? Don’t live with that question. Take the first step and allow yourself to be divinely guided. You are so supported… more than you even know.
