Isabella Mastrodicasa is no stranger to hard work. She’s had to fight her way through plenty of obstacles in life: moving out of her small town in Italy to pursue her degree in law at just 18, changing careers to pursue a path in the entertainment industry, immigrating to the United States on her own, and establishing her voice among the male-dominated world of Hollywood producers and professionals. Once she graduated from UCLA, she started her career in the mailroom at a top Hollywood agency. As a young woman beginning to develop her own unique voice in the film and television industry, Isabella heard all too often that she needed to work even harder to satisfy her ambitions.
As a storyteller enthusiast and an entertainment professional, Isabella is drawn to unique and compelling voices that have a powerful message to share. Being an immigrant woman in Hollywood is no easy task, but the talent and creativity that Isabella finds among other female voices have given her the drive to focus on sharing the work and stories of others whose point of view needs to be amplified. “I love to work with those whose opinions I respect, value, empathize with, and admire,” says Isabella, and for her, that often leads to the most diverse perspectives she finds a sense of shared belonging with.
Isabella began working primarily with writers and directors and work for film and tv, but in the last year, she decided to tackle a new territory and took on the world of digital content creators. She now boasts clients across TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Facebook, and Twitter, supporting them in both their content creation and their goals for the future. “I center on finding the most undeniable and inspiring voices,” Isabella says.
Isabella is also working on the development of international content and is always looking to build new relationships with up-and-coming filmmakers while she spearheads Heroes and Villains’ digital department.
