Armani Diggs is an Entrepreneur and the face behind the “Hello Armani” brand. With her “Hello Armani” brand, she coaches and helps strategize with you with her Package Your Knowledge Academy Program. She also runs an agency that focuses on helping new owners promote their businesses to help them thrive.
As the Founder of F.A.C.E. The Agency Training & Consulting, her philosophy is based on building partnerships with her clients to improve the way business is done. She does this by helping you package your knowledge into a digital business.
She spent the majority of her career working as a senior training consultant and managed multi-million dollar programs before entering entrepreneurship. Once invested, she discovered that most small businesses struggle during the first three years of business due to a lack of training and a poor, weak foundation. This inspired her tagline, “Building The Foundation To Your Brick House.”
Can you tell us about your brand and what you’re currently involved in?
The Hello Armani brand allows business owners to see the face behind the brand and introduces her portfolio of business. F.A.C.E. The Agency is the fourth company that’s been added. The idea behind Hello Armani was to help build promotion and business for smaller businesses and entrepreneurs who weren’t familiar with these skills.
Currently, I’m working on Season 2 of my podcast, “Give Yourself A Promotion” and I’m also unveiling a suite of courses that help entrepreneurs profit online with digital products and courses.
Consulting firms took a big hit in the middle of a global pandemic. My live coaching program entitled “Package Your Knowledge” (Launching October 2020) will provide agency owners with the blueprint to pivot their business model and take their services completely online.
Do you have a tip for bringing in new business?
My biggest hack to bring in more business is offering affiliate marketing to people in an existing network. There are entrepreneurs looking for ways to grow their business daily without paying for advertising upfront. I recommend setting up referral contracts by negotiating with business owners that could benefit from the extra customers and/or clients. This is the perfect opportunity to outsource certain aspects of your business that may not be your expertise but will help your clients be more successful.
What challenges did you face building your brand?
The road to building a brand hasn’t been easy. As a mompreneur and new wife, I’ve learned to set boundaries in business life and my personal life. Navigating new adventures during a global pandemic has been a blessing. I shifted the way we normally operate businesses to make more time for family, and was able to transition completely to digital operations for my consulting firm, while still helping hundreds of entrepreneurs do the same with a “no inventory” business.
What challenges do you face on a daily basis?
The challenges I face on a daily basis is making time to relax and truly enjoy the fruits of my labor. There’s nothing better than a good whiteboard and stickers to schedule your week with a busy toddler.
How do you handle your business finances?
Owning multiple businesses isn’t a cheap affair. Managing finances through the services I offer rolls up to a simple rule. I reinvest at least 60% of my earnings back into the business with marketing. I also evaluate expenses to make sure I’m at least profiting at 40% or higher. To do this, I use a three-tier product model. The first are low tier products to introduce clients to the brand, then there’s middle-tier, and finally, there are high-ticket for savvy providers ready to scale. This model allowed me to create a no inventory business. I earn without lifting a finger due to passive income service products.
What is your future vision for your brand?
My vision for the brand is to help thousands of women become profitable business owners.
On talking with her, she says that she sees this opportunity as simply packaging their knowledge into digitals products to sell. With vast experience, she helps influence them to be the best versions of themselves while creating a life they deserve with a digital business guaranteed to profit online.
Her future vision is to turn her brand into an online education platform comparable to traditional school systems, with programs starting from grade school to adulthood.
If you’re thinking of creating your own platform, be passionate about what you choose to do for a living. She says it won’t be easy but without adversity, there’s no story. Don’t be afraid to let your story be your cash flow. Resign from the position that no longer ignites your fire.
